Jacky Han is Managing Director of CSC Partners, the mainland China operational arm of Sphere State Group, and a Partner in the firm, based in Shanghai. 

With nearly two decades of experience in Supply Chain Management, quality management, and business consulting across China and the wider Asian region, he is recognised as an industry leader in End-to-End Supply Chain Management (E2E SCM), supplier management and development, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and operational auditing. He joined Sphere State Group in 2011 as a Quality Engineer, progressing through Quality Supervisor and Senior Consultant and Lead Auditor before being appointed Partner and Manager of Supply Chain in 2019. 

Across these roles, Jacky has developed QMS frameworks, inspection standards, supplier audit programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives, while leading the expansion of the firm’s supply chain capabilities into Southeast Asia and beyond, now covering more than a dozen countries and markets across Asia. He works closely with overseas executive management to translate clients’ commercial and operational requirements into practical supply chain strategies, coordinating supplier networks to improve performance, manage risk, and strengthen E2E SCM resilience. His earlier career includes quality engineering and QA roles at Shanghai Guangmaoda Optical Technology Co. and Shimano (Tianjin) Bicycle Parts Co. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
