Overview: In this section, the applicant is requested to describe how in its totality the project will be successful. In the preceding sections, the applicant is required to explain who they are and the circumstances that place them at risk of a terrorist attack, what their vulnerabilities are and the potential consequences of an attack, the eligible and necessary investments to prevent and protect against an attack, and the project implementation outline and management plans. In this section, the applicant is required to explain how these steps taken together (in sequence) will result in the success of the project.
